Ovum Technical and aesthetic achievement

Designed by our teams in 2010, OVUM is the first-ever wooden egg-shaped barrel and is a real technical achievement. With a capacity of 20 hl, OVUM is an atypical product, much sought-after for its original shape and the oenological advantages of natural convection of lees. The hoop-free tightening system, an original patented Taransaud assembly technique, reveals the purity of its shape, based on the golden ratio.
