Right of rectification

With this right, the legislation authorises you to request the rectification, updating, blocking or erasure of data concerning you that may be inaccurate, false, incomplete or outdated.

Right of opposition

6. Response times

Taransaud undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition, or to any other additional request for information, within a reasonable period which shall not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.

7. Complaint to the competent authority

If you consider that Taransaud has failed to meet its obligations with regard to your personal information, you can submit a complaint or a request to the competent authority.
