In general, you can visit the Taransaud website without providing any of your personal information. In any event, you have no obligation to share such information with Taransaud.

Taransaud may process your personal information:

Taransaud will be the sole recipient of your personal information. Right of access and communication

However, due to the obligation of Taransaud to ensure security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data, you are informed that your request will be processed on the condition that you present proof of your identity, in particular by producing a scanned copy or signed photocopy (for any request submitted in writing) of your valid identity card.
Taransaud informs you that if necessary, it will be entitled to oppose any requests that are clearly abusive (in particular by their number, or when repeated or systematic).

Right of rectification

Right of opposition

6. Response times
Taransaud undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition, or to any other additional request for information, within a reasonable period which shall not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.
7. Complaint to the competent authority
If you consider that Taransaud has failed to meet its obligations with regard to your personal information, you can submit a complaint or a request to the competent authority.
