Thanks to dual skills in wood and forests on the one hand and oenology on the other hand, the R&D team is qualified to carry out the following missions: controlling the impact of coopering processes on barrel ageing, and designing practical, innovative solutions to anticipate the future needs of a sector undergoing major changes.
