Partnership with Olivier POUSSIER, World’s Best Sommelier
Sommelier, motivated by passion for wine and gastronomy, Olivier Poussier has worked for the greatest European restaurants. Since 1994, he is responsible for wines and spirits purchases for Lenôtre Company and Wine Consultant for the Accor Group, as well as for Air France Company. He writes for the wine magazine « La Revue des Vins de France ». Olivier is also a specialist for food and wine matches.
Elected Best Sommelier in France in 1990, he is five years later elected Vice-Best Sommelier in the World in Tokyo. He becomes World’s Best Sommelier in Montreal, Canada, in October 2000. His wine passion and knowledge are recognized by all wine lovers worldwide.
Olivier Poussier will bring his contribution to taste our customers’ wine aged in our barrels, especially our T5 barrels to carefully control the evolution. His knowledge of worldwide wines, his recommendations of barrels depending on vine varietals, his overall authority on wine matters… will serve the reference of our brands.
